On 20 October, the opening meeting of the Civil Aviation Security Capability Project "Research on Civil Aviation "Double Staring Model" and Working Mechanism" was held at the Civil Aviation Inspectors Training Institute (CAITI). Shi Ke, Director of the Research Department, attended the meeting as the leader and member of the project team, and the meeting was chaired by Wang Zui, Director of the Department of Politics and Law of the Civil Aviation Administration.

At the meeting, the project team firstly made an opening report on the "Civil Aviation "Double-eye Model" and its working mechanism", giving a detailed introduction to the project's research background, content and methodology. The expert group fully affirmed the research value and significance of the project. By analysing the research content, analyzing the important and difficult points of the project, discussing the research method and implementation plan, and anticipating the research progress and results of the project, the expert group agreed that the project could be implemented step by step.

The opening meeting enabled the project team members to further clarify their research ideas and focus, laying a solid foundation for the project's in-depth research practice.
